Race Recap

Records Shattered at the 105th Millrose Games

It was a record-breaking evening at the Millrose Games, held at the New Balance Track & Field Center at the Armory on February 11, with athletes setting American, collegiate, and high school records on the fast 200-meter track. It was the first edition of the 105-year-old Millrose Games to be held in the Armory.

The meet featured four events sponsored by NYRR: the NYRR Fastest Kid on the Block, the NYRR Youth Girls 4 x 200, the inaugural NYRR Wanamaker Metric Women's Mile, and the NYRR Wanamaker Mile, an event that's been part of the Millrose tradition since 1926.

Race Stories

Stars of the Future Shine

The Millrose Games is one of the world's most celebrated track meets and one of the longest-running. At the 105th edition, on February 11 at the New Balance Track & Field Center at the Armory, tradition was honored and celebrated.

The meet also celebrated the runners of the future, and NYRR, with its own tradition of supporting youth running in NYC and around the world, played a major role.
